I am interested in understanding problems beyond the immediate symptom: how systems behave, how people interact with them, and what consequences arise from the technical decisions that are made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have worked making decisions with incomplete information, assessing risks and medium-term effects. When fast action is required, I take it, but without losing sight of the fact that a rushed solution can create bigger problems later on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work best in environments where technical judgment and responsibility for what is modified are valued, avoiding patches, improvisation, and unfounded changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
