Me interesa comprender los problemas m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del s\u00edntoma inmediato: c\u00f3mo se comportan los sistemas, c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan las personas con ellos y qu\u00e9 consecuencias tienen las decisiones t\u00e9cnicas que se toman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He trabajado tomando decisiones con informaci\u00f3n incompleta, evaluando riesgos y efectos a mediano plazo. Cuando es necesario actuar r\u00e1pido, lo hago, pero sin perder de vista que una soluci\u00f3n apresurada puede generar problemas mayores despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trabajo mejor en entornos donde se valora el criterio t\u00e9cnico y la responsabilidad sobre lo que se toca, evitando parches, improvisaciones y cambios sin fundamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
